Gloucester County celebrated its heritage and the daffodil industry with the 22nd annual Daffodil Festival on March 29. This community tradition promotes a positive image of the county and provides a family atmosphere to encourage the involvement of both civic organizations and individuals. Once again, the Fifes and Drums of York Town joined in the parade down Main Street, which was adorned with an abundance of blooming daffodils. On this brisk Saturday morning, our Senior Corps appreciated their woolen regimentals and our Junior Corps members were happy to redisplay their frocks for their first performance of the spring season. Sgt. Erdos was our leader for those who dared to brave the cold!
