Independence Day
July 4, 2013

Hot, but quite beautiful was the early morning scene on the beaches of the York River in Yorktown, Virginia for the annual Fourth of July Parade. The Fifes and Drums of York Town once again uncomplainingly donned their red woolen regimentals to help mark the day for a patriotic hometown audience. After the parade, a lucky group of fans were able to enjoy the debut of the 2013 Field Show back at Corps Headquarters. The great performance demonstrated that the group is definitely ready for their upcoming summer trip!
