The show must go on! Even on a steamy, rainy morning, the York River was a beautiful setting for the annual Fourth of July Parade in Yorktown, Virginia. The Fifes and Drums of York Town and many community and military groups proceeded along Water Street and then wound up the hill for the march down Main Street and past the Yorktown Victory Monument. In addition to the parade, the Corps also performed for a very appreciative audience at the Yorktown Victory Center. Despite the adverse conditions, our members kept up their enthusiasm and enjoyed the day.
