Each year NATO's Supreme Allied Command Transformation located in Norfolk celebrates American Independence with a flag raising ceremony. While the summer heat is sometimes a challenge for our Senior Corps members, we always enjoy joining the Navy Band, Uncle Sam and service members from around the world to participate in this celebration.
