National Portrait Gallery
February 18, 2012

The Fifes and Drums of York Town returned to the Smithsonian's Portrait Gallery as part of the D.C. annual President's Day celebration. The Corps performed several times in the beautiful Kogod Courtyard and all the patrons truly enjoyed the show. Cailin Chaloux, Ian Haskin, and Adam Demharter all led the Corps during the performances and we even had the honor of playing the national anthem prior to the opening events. It is always a great honor to play in D.C. but none better than at the National Portrait Gallery.
